Extended Probation (zkušební doba) illegal extension

  Dear all,I am sorry for my lack of Czech language skill. I only work in Czech republic for 3 months.My problem is this: I work for a multinational audit firm. My probation period was extended, and I have signed the new contract. Later I realized, according to Czech labor law, this is illegal.Can you tell me which authority should I report it?How long does it take them to fine them?How much is generally the fine? I would try to blackmail them in the future when they fire me. Either they give me +1 month extra salary or I make them fined by authority. Your help law knowledge and skills are very much appreciated.
